Description

This welding bead processor is suitable for cleaning yellow spots, black spots, weld spots, and other marks left during industrial processing. It is designed for use with welding metal, arc welding, laser welding, and similar applications. The machine features fan cooling to support normal operation in hot conditions, and one-key power control for simpler use.

For operation, connect the power supply to AC220V, connect the gun to the corresponding aerial, plug in the control line, and switch on the power. The red power indicator will light up. Then stick the processing gun with the processing liquid, press the microswitch, and wipe against the black weld bead. After treatment, wipe with a damp cloth or water for better results.

If short-circuit processing occurs between the gun and the workpiece, the machine will automatically disconnect power and stop working. Wait 1-2 seconds to continue.
