Payment:

-To avoid an unpaid item dispute, all payments must be received within 7 days from the end of the auction.

-Items will be sent to buyer’s eBay shipping address ONLY. Please make sure your address and phone number on eBay is correct and valid. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. 

-Items usually will be shipped within 1 business days upon the payment received (excludes Holidays and weekends). 
-Shipping time will be 7-30 working days (excludes Holidays and weekends) in most circumstances. Always international delivery is highly depended on the Courier Company and local customs/duties. So please contact us for assistance when you don’t receive items on time.

You don’t satisfy the item and the item cannot meet your expectation.
Item arrived is defective, broken or incomplete.
You don’t receive the item within 30 days.
You receive the wrong item.
If the product is assessed to the problem above. Buyers will receive a full or partial refund, or a replacement product or parts. When buyers are asked to send back the defective item, a replacement will be sent to buyers after the returned product is received. We will take full responsibility for the postage fee. Replacement products are provided with the same warranty as the returned products

Return Policy

1.In case of defectiveness, return must be requested within 14 business days after received the item.

2.Return item must be in brand new condition which means it is never installed and kept in the original packaging.
3.Replacement or refund will be made as the item received and refund will only available to your PayPal account. 
4.No replacement or refund will be made for any damaged caused by accidentally using. We only warranty cost of parts. Any installation or other fees are non-refundable.
5.By buying this item you automatically agree with our rules, terms and conditions.
6.Carrier negligence: In case you receive a damaged product because of carrier negligence, you must send us a clear picture of the damaged item within 24 hours and we will open a claim with the carrier. We will send you a replacement product after you have returned the damaged product to us or after the insurance claim is confirmed.
7.Please contact us for the returning address - DO NOT return to the address on the sales invoice. Any items returned without authorization will not be accepted. Please mark your eBay user name on the outside of the package when sending back to us.
