Up for auction/sale is a fantastic piece of Iowa beverage history! This is a complete set of six (6) vintage 10 oz. clear glass soda pop bottles from the historic independent Artesian Bottling Company, Inc. out of Dubuque, IA. The set includes all 6 matching bottles safely housed inside their authentic, original red-and-white striped cardboard "Delicious Beverages" carrying tote.

### About the Bottles & History:

Founded in 1911 by Gus Meyer, the Artesian Bottling Company operated as a beloved regional "mom-and-pop" independent bottling plant in Dubuque, mixing local artesian well water with classic syrup flavors. The company ultimately ceased all production in 1994. 

These specific 10 oz. clear glass bottles date back to the company's later decades of operation (circa 1970s–1980s). They feature crisp, white 1-color Applied Color Labels (ACL) reading: *"Artesian Bottling Company, Inc., Dubuque, Iowa 52001"*. Because the flavor names were originally printed only on the disposable crown caps, these clear glass bodies were beautifully designed to be interchangeable across their flavor menu (including their legendary strawberry pop!).

### Condition Report:

* **The Glass:** All six bottles are structurally intact with no large chips, cracks, or structural issues. The glass surfaces show light, typical shelf wear consistent with age and previous warehouse storage. The white painted graphics remain bright, readable, and highly legible across the set. There is minor dust on the interiors from storage that can be easily cleaned.

* **The Carrier:** The original cardboard holder is intact with a sturdy center handle. It displays light surface aging, minor edge scuffs, and very mild shelf-wear/staining common for original paper ephemera of this age.
