Each indicator is a single-use, mechanically activated, tamperproof device that turns bright red when an impact exceeds the chosen G-rating threshold. The field-armable design keeps indicators inactive until applied, preventing accidental triggering during storage. ShockWatch 2 QR is identical to the standard ShockWatch 2 in sensitivity, size and fitting - it adds a QR code on every indicator.

Scanning

Scan any indicator with a smartphone camera - no app and no account required - to see its condition and serial number and capture an image of the indicator. The serial is not printed on the device, so scanning is the only way to read it. Match the serial recorded at dispatch to the one scanned on arrival and nobody can claim a different indicator was fitted.

SpotSee Cloud

This 100 pack comes in SpotSee's own box with a unique Box ID and registration QR code. Scan it to create or connect your organisation's SpotSee Cloud account and add all 100 sensors to your dashboard, with condition, scan history and location across every shipment you monitor. Scan time and location are shown in the Cloud portal.

Understanding the Colour Codes

Each ShockWatch 2 QR sensitivity is colour-coded for easy identification. Lower G-ratings detect lighter impacts (more sensitive), while higher G-ratings detect heavier impacts (less sensitive). Match the sensitivity to your shipment weight and packaging: 5G Pink, 10G Teal, 15G Blue, 25G Yellow, 37G Purple, 50G Red, 75G Orange.
