Not Working - PolyScience Smoking Gun Handheld Food & Cocktail Smoker Wood Chips

Smoking Gun, Complete with instructions and Wood Chips. Tested and Not turning on. Could be user error, but it does seem to have an issue despite using new batteries. May be able to be fixed, or suitable for spare parts.
