This is an amazing and unique top.  It is beaded throughout the torso of the top and on the heavier side.  This does not need a first layer underneath - it is sturdy enough on it's own.  The sleeves are sheer mesh giving it a level of elegance like no other.  This is going to stand out and get noticed.  Can be worn with a skirt, shorts, or your favorite pair of jeans to change the overall look.
