This auction is for a very rare collection of prototype dice produced by Wyrmwood on behalf of Wizards of the Coast (WOTC) and Dungeons & Dragons (D&D). This set of 7 dice comes with one of each type of die included in the final product, but without any printings on the dice themselves. The prototype was used to check the quality and measurements before the dice went into mass production, and comes from the personal collection of a former Wizards of the Coast executive. Six of the seven dice have a single engraved side (see photos), with all other sides and the seventh dice free of all engravings and printed values.
