This is a Japanese Pokemon Card Dragonair from the original Base Set, featuring the classic Japanese old-back design and graded PSA 8.
I personally submitted this card to PSA for authentication and grading, and it is a genuine PSA-graded item.
Grade: PSA 8
Card: Dragonair
Set: Japanese Base Set

The condition follows PSA grading standards. Since the card received a PSA 8 grade, it is considered to be in relatively good condition for a vintage card. However, please judge the exact condition based on the photos.
