All bikes are shipped via a specialist bike courier and usually arrive within 3-5 working days. For safe transit, bikes may arrive with the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, or other small parts removed and will require basic reassembly.

Important: Once received, the buyer is responsible for checking the bike is assembled correctly and safe to ride before use. If you are not confident doing this yourself, we strongly recommend having the bike checked by a qualified bicycle mechanic before riding.

Returns are accepted if the bike is returned in the same condition it was sent. Damages must be reported with in 48h of arrival, not 3-4 weeks after. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
