Raw/ungraded cards are sold in their current condition and are not guaranteed to achieve any particular grade if submitted to a third-party grading company.

AUCTION & PAYMENT

Please bid only if you intend to complete the purchase.

Payment is requested within 5 calendar days after the auction ends.

If you are bidding on multiple SWML Collectibles auctions ending within this period, combined shipping is available for eligible listings. Please request a combined invoice before payment where possible.

Orders remaining unpaid after the payment period may be cancelled in accordance with eBay procedures.

SHIPPING

Items are dispatched from Singapore using tracked shipping.

Combined Shipping:
For eligible card listings, combined shipping is charged at the highest applicable base shipping rate plus US$1 for each additional card listing.

If purchasing or winning multiple items, please request a combined invoice before making payment where possible.

International shipments are sent from Singapore via Aramex.

High-value combined orders or orders with a total checkout value of US$750 or more may require upgraded tracked courier shipping and/or signature confirmation for additional security.

Singapore orders are delivered by local courier.

Local pickup and meet-ups are unavailable.

Cards will be appropriately protected for shipment using sleeves, top loaders/card holders and suitable protective packaging according to the card type and value.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges and other related import costs imposed by the destination country unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Customs declarations will accurately reflect the contents and transaction value of the shipment.

Any customs or import charges are separate from the item price and shipping charges paid to SWML Collectibles.

RETURNS & CONDITION

Please inspect the photographs carefully and ask any questions before bidding.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction with a card’s potential grading outcome.

This does not affect any protections available to buyers through eBay where an item is not received, arrives damaged or is materially not as described.

For graded cards, the assigned grade represents the opinion of the respective third-party grading company. Minor storage or handling wear to grading holders may be present unless otherwise stated.
