Measures apprx 12" x 10.5" across the bottom.  Does not have a size tag but measures apprx. 22" circumference  around the inside.

According to charts that should be about a mens 7 hat size.

Condition as seen in pictures.  Do have wear and some stains on the ribbon.  Also the inside seems to be coming apart. See pictures.

Still a great gift or addition to your collection.
