Good describes a working, visibly used item, not a near-new finish. Expect clear signs of previous use rather than an unmarked example.
Exterior and controllers: Expect visible scratches, scuffs, and handling marks on the headset shell, controller bodies, and contact points. Small surface nicks or dents may be present.
Straps and padding: Supplied straps, facial padding, and grips may show rubbing, creases, or discolouration from previous use. Do not expect these parts to look unused.
Optics and function: This cosmetic grade concerns exterior wear. It does not include lens or display faults that impair the view, or faulty tracking or controls. The headset and supplied controllers are fully functional. Lenses may have wear or scratches, some of which may be visible during use.
The position and extent of marks vary between units. Please choose this grade only if visible signs of previous use are acceptable.

Packaging: The item may come in generic packaging rather than its original retail box.
Check that the exact headset model, storage size and any named strap match the item you want. Only a strap expressly listed under What you will receive is promised as an extra.
We provide a 12-month seller warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers hardware and battery faults that occur. Accidental damage is not covered by this warranty. Battery degradation is not covered by this warranty, but battery failure and power issues are covered. Software issues are not covered by this warranty, as well as loud fans or devices running hotter than usual, though shut down due to heat is covered. In the case of a warranty claim, we will always try our best to get the issue resolved by either: repair, replacement or a refund.
