DAYSENSOR DYMK-002 Compression Weighing Module - Heavy Duty Tank and Silo Weighing
The DYMK-002 is a compression-type weighing module built for heavy process vessels such as large tanks, silos, reactors, mixing stations and bulk material bins. It mounts directly under the vessel foot or support leg, converting the compressive load into a stable electrical signal. With a capacity range up to 60 tons and high-accuracy output, it is suitable for both new installations and retrofits on existing structures.
Main Features
* Compression load cell design: loads are applied vertically through the top and bottom mounting plates, making installation simple on tank legs, silo supports and hopper feet.
* High accuracy output: precision strain-gauge bridge with low non-linearity and repeatability, giving reliable readings for batching and inventory control.
* Alloy steel or stainless steel body: choose alloy steel 42CrMoA for general industrial use, or stainless steel for food, chemical or washdown environments.
* Strong overload protection: 150% safe overload and 200% ultimate overload rating, so short-term overloads from filling or impact are less likely to damage the cell.
* Stable signal in industrial environments: anti-interference design keeps the output clean near motors, drives and switching equipment.
* Custom configurations available: non-standard capacity, mounting dimensions, cable length and TEDS integration can be supplied to match your project.
* Optional high temperature version: sensors rated up to 150C are available on request.
