The Casio EDIFICE EQW-T630JDB-1AJF is a Japan domestic market (JDM) radio-controlled solar model released in April 2016, now long discontinued. Proudly stamped MADE IN JAPAN on the case back, it represents the premium production tier of the EDIFICE line. The design concept is bold and powerful: thick bezel, wide applied indices, and strong in-dials create a dynamic, sporty face that remains simple and highly legible. The glossy black IP-treated bezel ties in with the black dial, while a light blue accent ring around the 24-hour in-dial - the signature of this JDB variant - adds a sharp touch of color. [Movement & Technology]

Japanese Tough Movement (Module 5263) combining four core technologies: Tough Solar charging, Multiband 6 radio control, automatic hand position correction, and a hybrid mount structure for shock resistance. The watch receives standard time calibration signals from 6 transmitters worldwide (Japan x2, China, North America, UK, and Germany) and corrects itself automatically. Tough Solar generates power even from weak indoor light, so there is no battery to replace. A full charge runs approximately 5 months in normal use, or approximately 26 months in power saving mode. When no signal is received, it keeps standard quartz accuracy of +/-15 seconds per month.

Dual Dial World Time: the in-dial at 3 o'clock shows a second time zone in 24-hour format with daylight saving support, so you can check a foreign city's time at a glance. Day-of-week in-dial at 9 o'clock and a date window between 4 and 5 o'clock. Stopwatch with split time function (START/STOP and SPLIT/RESET pushers). Full analog display driven by the radio-solar movement.

Solid stainless steel case with black IP bezel, 49.1 x 44.0 x 11.6 mm (1.93 x 1.73 x 0.46 in), approx. 151 g (5.3 oz). 100 m (10 bar) water resistance - fine for swimming, not for diving. Solid stainless steel bracelet fits wrist sizes from 150 to 205 mm (5.9-8.1 in). Made in Japan with Japanese movement.
