- Inlaid marquetry specimen samples Tunbridge ware ruler/measure
- Each side representing a different scale/measurement - eighth, quarter, half and whole inch
- Possibly an accessory from a writing box
- These also occasionally turn up in a six inch length four sided rule, again with the different size inlaid wood samples on each side
- In good used antique condition commensurate with age and nature of item.
- measures approximately 9 inches long and about half an inch wide each side
