Description
This hydraulic power twister replaces traditional spring-based trainers with a sealed hydraulic cylinder that delivers smooth, consistent resistance. The micro-rebound design slows the return motion for a more natural feel and reduced abrupt rebounds. ??
Built from carbon steel and wear-resistant PP, the unit is designed to withstand repeated use without deforming. The ergonomic 42 mm handle and clear 25-gear scale let you set precise resistance for arm, chest, shoulder, and back exercises.
