The Story

Still the best performance-to-value reel series in the industry, Clearwater® Reels have a die-cast, large-arbor frame protected by a durable powder-coat finish. An improved Carbon®-to-stainless, sealed disc drag holds its own against high-performance drags found in premium machined reels industry-wide. All models convert easily to either left- or right-hand retrieve. A positive click drag knob lets you index desired drag settings consistently, and an updated radiused reel foot lets you wrap a leader around it for storage without the risk of kinking.
