This listing includes the original vintage studio kraft paper envelope featuring a prominent pencil-marked catalog letter "D" and its full, typed historical military caption on the back detailing a tactical training exercise: "GHQ-SWPA-SC-42-2268 November 26, 1942. ...a group of men, who are supposed to be Jap prisoners, being marched into 'prison camp' by men of the (162nd Inf.) who had captured them during a problem showing how the military police take care of enemy prisoners during the war. (Rockhampton, Australia.) Photographer: Pvt. John A.
