Scarce sterling silver table fork by Barber, Cattle & North, York 1833. Engraved dragon head crest.
Marks: maker mark JB GC WN (James Barber, George Cattle II & William North); lion silver mark; crowned leopard face assay office mark; King William IV portait duty mark; the York cross mark is absent but the date letter W for the year 1833 is a very specific design & unique to the York assay office.
Dimension: just under 8 inches long.
Weight: 1.99 troy oz (61.8g)
