This is a small collection of glass bottles that I dug up from my backyard near a small river in the past 10 years. Most found after a major flooding event - that's when they are exposed. Don't even ask how many glass and porcelain shards I removed from my property - good to found some pieces that weren't broken. 

Two half pint clear liquor Flasks - likely Carr Lowery Glass Company. Marked Federal law forbid sale or re-use of this bottle. Half Pint, R-249 identifies US Government permitted Rectifier number, and another row of numbers that looks like 57-41 indicating these bottles are made in the year of 1941. 57 is LBPN, issued to Owens Illinois Glass Company of Bridgeton NJ. There is a mark on the right side looks like a L and C indicates bottle maker is likely Carr Lowery Glass Company. This mark is very faint and on the edge of the oval imprint, very difficult to make out. Both bottles/Flasks are 7 inches tall and 3 1/4 inches across.  Bottle has a concave shape - so it is more like a flask. Good condition, seeing some whitish marks on the inside that will need some efforts to clean up. 

Illinois Glass Company Slim Clear Medicine bottle. Marked I in a diamond, likely by Illinois Glass Company from 1915 -1929. 5 1/4 inches tall and 1 1/2 inches wide, 5/8 inches thick.

Owens Bell ANS Brown Medicine bottle: marked O in a square likely by Owens Bottle Company. 2 1/2 inches tall, dating prior to 1929 before merge with Illinois Glass Company.

Hazel Atlas 2 FL OZ Clear medicine bottle: marked 2 FL OZ near the neck, marked HA 3K4064 at the bottom indicated Hazel Atlas Glass Company, used in 1923-1924. 4 inches tall and 2 1/4 inches wide. Good condition with white marks inside that will need efforts to clean up

English Blue Perfume bottle: Lovely faceted English blue glass perfume bottle. Says made in England on the bottle. It is warped at the rim as if melted, though no chips no cracks. 2 3/4 inches long.
