Postage & Packaging

Items are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post or Australia Post Satchels, which include up to AU$100 insurance. Higher-value items will be sent with additional insurance where required.

In the unlikely event your parcel arrives with visible damage, please photograph the package before opening it, as Australia Post may require evidence of transit damage for any insurance claim. Claims for damaged parcels must be lodged directly with Australia Post.
