The main Haven complex has swimming pools, family entertainment, restaurants, takeaways, sports bars etc including a onsite wetherspoons and is just a 5 minute walk away. There is a bus stop on site to take you into Exmouth on the open top double decker.

Inside the caravan there is a fully equipped kitchen which has a spacious feel with the extra comforts of a full size integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 ring gas hob with extractor above, full size gas oven and grill, & a full size dishwasher.

The lounge area has 2 freestanding sofas one being a double pull out sofa bed so you can really kick back and enjoy the views from the patio doors that open onto the decking area,there is a smart 43” TV and USB points on sockets for ease of charging devices.

The dining area has a free standing table and 4 chairs, situated In the centre of the kitchen area.
The caravan also benefits from having double glazing & gas central heating throughout making the perfect all year-round accommodation

There are 3 bedrooms, one twin room has 2 full size single beds with fully sprung luxury mattresses, this room has a fitted wardrobe, shelving and mirror.

The 2nd twin room has single beds with fully sprung mattresses and fitted wardrobe.

The master suite is a large bedroom that has a Double size bed with fully sprung mattress for greater comfort. It has plenty room with a 43" TV fitted on the wall & USB sockets with a large fitted wardrobe with a fitted dressing table and bedside cabinets plus room for a cot if so desired and still have plenty of room.
There is an en-suite with w.c and hand basin.

The family bathroom has w.c, hand basin with undersink storage and oversized shower cubicle with a powerful shower along with shelving and a mirror.

There is 1 parking space in front of the caravan (can squeeze 2) with extra room 50 yards down from the caravan.

There is also an outside tap if you wish to wash off those sandy feet or buckets & spades.

Annual site fees - £13535.82 & this is paid up to December.

Private renting is allowed although we only had family now & again, Haven offer a letting service that offsets on your annual site fees of which you pick & choose what weeks you want to rent out.
