Spiral is a lush, cinematic blend of jazz‑funk, easy listening and orchestral pop from trombonist and arranger Harry Roche, backed by an elite group of UK session musicians. Originally released in 1973, the album features rich studio arrangements and standout interpretations of classics including Superwoman, Pinball Wizard, Lay Lady Lay and Rhapsody In Blue, alongside the expansive title track.
This Music On Vinyl reissue is pressed on 180‑gram audiophile white vinyl, remastered from the original tapes, and limited to 1000 individually numbered copies. It includes an insert and features arrangements by Pete Moore, Don Lusher and David Lindup.
