This very well preserved, Cast Iron Still Bank measures approx. 3 1/4" tall and 2 1/4” by 2 1/8” at the base. It is made in the form of a Floor Safe and features reticulated panels on all six sides and a key lock (the door is open but we do not have the key). The door of the Safe features a pair of cathedral window shaped devices surmounted by a winged device. There are four leaf clover shaped cut outs on all sides of the safe and it stands on four integrally cast, non-turning wheels. The Bank features original brown tone japanning and red and gold surface paint on the door.

    This original, Stevens Floor Safe Form Still Bank is in very good condition – There are no chips, cracks, breaks, physical damage or repairs of any kind. The Bank retains approx. 70%+ of its original, surface paint – the surfaces have never been repainted, touched-up, restored or altered in any way. The key lock is working and the door is open but we do not have a key.
