Vintage Harman Kardon SR-400 Solid State AM/FM Stereo Receiver with original wood cabinet.

A very attractive early Harman Kardon receiver featuring the classic horizontal analog tuning display, tuning meter, large metal knobs and walnut-style cabinet.

Testing:
The receiver was plugged in and powers on successfully. No speakers were connected and the AM/FM tuner, inputs, outputs, controls and other functions have not been fully tested.

According to period information, the original SR-400 was rated at approximately 36 watts IHF music power / 18 watts per channel and was produced during Harman Kardon's early solid-state era.

Cosmetically, the unit shows noticeable wear from age and storage, particularly scratches and finish wear on the wooden cabinet and some staining/oxidation around the front panel. Nothing has been restored or professionally serviced.
