Combined shipping discount is available up to 5 (Five)items in an order to be purchased within 5 days. You can continue to buy- Any additional items above 5 in quantity will be considered a new order. This is to avoid pilferage en-route as well as to ensure that you are happy with the merchandise. Once you have received their items you may buy additional items again. This limit may be revised for repeat and regular customers.

Payment:

Buyers are requested to pay within 3 (Three) days of purchases. eBay will automatically open unpaid item cases in case payment is not received within this period. The item will also be available for purchase to other buyers till such time that the payment is received. 

Customs and Taxes:

Any customs duties, charges and local taxes are subject to local laws and vary from country to country and hence the payment of any eventual custom duties, charges, levies and taxes etc will be at the buyer's expense. We do not have any control on the same.

Returns & Refunds:

You can return the item within 14 days of receiving the parcel.  - Please return in original packing. Buyers are required to check and ensure that the item/s are in good condition and as per item listing on eBay as no claims for returns and refunds will be entertained thereafter. The returned item should be unused and in original and undamaged condition. Buyer will be required to ensure that the item is sent by trackable shipper. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are made by Payoneer and may take up to 5-7days after receiving back the product/s.

What are Color Diamonds?

These are genuine Colored Diamonds found naturally mines mainly from Brazil. They are more porous than White Diamonds and are found in the upper layers of the ground relative to the White Diamonds that are mined deep. Some scientists are of the opinion that their origin maybe a Meteor that impacted earth Billions of years ago.

What is their nature?

Colored Diamonds are not found in the state as they are sold. They are made from earth mined rough rock found in mines of Brazil. The Rock color varies from Light Blue, Dark Blue, Champagne, Pink, Green etc.

What is the treatment process?

To bring out its true color it needs to be treated.

The process is a natural one employing gentle heating a high-pressure environment (HPHT) which gradually brings out the true color of the Diamond.

Are any artificial colors or chemicals added?

There are no artificial colors or chemicals included in the process. They are not irradiated.

Does it alter the composition?

The process may or may not alter the composition. It remains a true Diamond nevertheless. Once our diamonds are heat-treated, it may move the molecules. This causes them to not always test properly with a hand tester. If a hand tester is used, sometimes they test as diamonds and sometimes they test as moissanites.

But they are genuine earth mined diamonds, not moissanite or CZ.

How does it differ from a Moissanite?

A Moissanite is man-made whereas our Diamonds are earth-mined. A Moissanite will lose its shine and wither away in a short period whereas a Diamond will remain as they are forever.
