  • 4-15 total Cards where the card(s) cost less than $10.00:  The lesser of the total shipping cost for the cards or $3.49 plus any additional separate fixed transaction fees for each separate order if not paid together.  
  • 16 or more total cards or where the total cost of the cards is greater than $20.00 - Full shipping price charged by the delivery service plus plus any additional separate fixed transaction fees for each separate order if not paid together divided by 0.87 to cover the additional portion of transaction fees associated with delivery charges.
