A beautiful matching set of six (6) vintage 8-inch salad/luncheon plates produced by the Onondaga Pottery Company (O.P.Co. / Syracuse China) under their premium "Aberdeen China" line. This is the highly collectible "Selma" pattern, featuring a vibrant central floral bouquet of pink tulips, blue forget-me-nots, and purple violets on a warm, cream-colored "Old Ivory" background base. Each plate is elegantly finished with a delicate gold pinstripe rim. Every plate features the official circular Aberdeen thistle backstamp on the reverse side. This is a mixed-era set containing pieces manufactured in 1935, 1941 & 1943 showing a wonderful history of family care and replacement over the decades.
Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or heavy crazing. The central floral decals remain incredibly bright and sharp. There is minor, expected wear to the gold trim lines consistent with their 90-year age, but they display beautifully. Please look closely at all photos.
