Vintage lot of 49 early tabletop role-playing game record forms, including official Advanced Dungeons & Dragons 1st Edition class-specific player character sheets and 1979 “Trip Ticket” adventure records.

The numbered papers shown in the photographs indicate the number of forms in each stack. The lot contains:

10 AD&D Multi-Classed/Bard player character sheets

9 AD&D Cleric/Druid player character sheets

5 AD&D Magic-User/Illusionist player character sheets

4 AD&D Thief/Assassin/Monk player character sheets

21 “Trip Ticket” adventure record forms, copyright The Playing Board 1979

Total: 49 forms

The AD&D sheets provide spaces for abilities, combat statistics, saving throws, weapons, spells, possessions, character descriptions and other class-specific information. The double-sided Trip Ticket forms track party members, monsters confronted, experience points, treasure and adventure results.

These are loose vintage forms and do not include their original TSR cover or folder. The Trip Ticket sheets are period gaming accessories but were published by The Playing Board rather than TSR.

Condition is vintage and used old stock. The paper shows noticeable age toning/yellowing, darkening, storage wear, curled or softened edges, punched holes, occasional enlarged or torn punch holes, small stains and other age-related wear. Some sheets remain stapled together. At least one photographed AD&D sheet contains handwritten character information; many of the others appear unused, but every individual sheet has not been checked for writing. Please examine all photographs carefully because they are an important part of the condition description.

A very interesting quantity of original early AD&D-era gaming paperwork for a collector, player, game historian or vintage tabletop display.
