Beautiful Hermès Lunapark silk scarf designed by Joachim Metz (J. Metz).

A highly detailed and collectible Hermès design inspired by the world of the traditional amusement park, featuring magnificent carousel horses, ribbons, flags, ornate gold decoration and a spectacular central carousel.

The design was originally created in 1993 and was later reissued in 2000.

Condition

Based on your photographs, I would list this as Good Pre-Owned Condition, rather than excellent.

There are visible signs of age/use, including scattered spots/discoloration on portions of the green border and some general signs of handling. There are also creases from storage.

The silk remains attractive and the colors are still very strong. Please examine all photographs carefully, as they form an important part of the condition description.

I would specifically photograph the spots/discolorations clearly and mention them rather than hiding them — this is important for an expensive Hermès listing.
