Based on the serial number on the label inside the soundhole, this is a Casino manufactured in Korea around 2003.

The Casino is a flagship model for the Epiphone brand.
Since its debut in 1961, it has been favored by countless musicians both in Japan and abroad—most notably by members of The Beatles, whose use of the instrument played a major role in its popularity.
