This listing is for a USED vintage M.U.S.C.L.E figure made by MATTEL during the 1980's.
This particular figure is #127 and the characters name is JUNKMAN.
The color is FLESH (kind of pink/ beige). This is the original color scheme (they would do additional colors later on).
Figure comes in GREAT shape!
