The tongue features a JUMPMAN logo reminiscent of a traditional Japanese family crest, along with the kanji characters for “twenty-three” embroidered on it. The heel tab evokes the look of a senja-fuda (temple prayer slip), and the upper is adorned with a laser-etched wave pattern. This special model incorporates elements of Japanese culture throughout. Additionally, the release comes with special packaging paper detailing the 1996 regular season statistics and a JUMPMAN paper sumo wrestling kit.
