Factory seal broken just to make sure the handsets charge as they would have been in the box for sometime. They did have EU chargers in the box which have been replaced with UK chargers.
Please bear in mind this handset was released on Android 9 and may not be compatible with secure apps like Banking. It is upgradeable to Android 11 via pushed software updates.
