Usage Tips

  • Place the fountain on a flat surface for proper operation.
  • Keep the water pump in water, and make sure the water level is above the pump.
  • Open the water pump valve to the maximum during installation.
  • After installation, make sure the water pipe is not bent.
  • Use clean water instead of turbid water for the atomizer.

Care & Maintenance

  • If the fog is reduced, clean the fogging film with a cotton swab or soft cloth.
  • If the water output is reduced, check whether the pump valve is increased.
  • Clean the internal scale of the pump after long-term use.
  • Do not run the water pump without water.
  • For the atomizer, do not let the atomizer head leave the water surface while it is running.
  • Do not touch the atomizing chip while the atomizer is running.

Important Notes

  • The crystal ball may not rotate if the product is not placed flat. Adjust the base if needed.
  • If the stone does not rotate, you can plug the hose with a sponge until it turns.
  • The atomizing area contains ultrasonic waves and may feel prickly to the touch. This is not electric current.
  • The atomizing film is easy to wear, and the service life is about 3000 hours.
  • It is best not to use the atomizer for more than 10 hours a day.
  • Do not turn on the water pump for 24 hours continuously.
  • Please allow slight color difference due to shooting light and 1-3 cm error due to manual measurement.
