NEW OLD STOCK / NOS / SURPLUS
This assembly appears to be an unused older replacement component that has been kept in storage.
The black webbing is clean overall and shows no obvious evidence of significant service wear. The metal latch, buckle and mounting components are also clean and appear consistent with a stored unused part.
Because this is older surplus inventory, some minor cosmetic imperfections from long-term storage and handling may be present, including light marks, scratches, discoloration, dust or oxidation on exposed metal hardware.
The original clear storage bag is dirty, aged and worn from storage.
