Killer example of a fossilized leg bone (fibula) from a long extinct beast. This is from a sub adult as evidenced by the size and lack of ossification on the epiphysis. The proximal epiphysis is very well preserved and has some incredible detail. There is some repair on the bone. This was found in a North Florida river. It is associated to the vertebrae I have listed. Incredible piece of Pleistocene history.
