Front Cover: Retains High Gloss with bright, vibrant art. The cover is secure on both staples. There is a 1/4" chunk missing from the upper corner and a 2" crease on the lower cover. The edges show minor wear, including three 1/8" tears and assorted small nicks on the bottom edge, plus one 1/8" tear and small nicks on the top edge. There are small internal stains on the inside of the cover (completely hidden and not visible from the outside) at the top corner (3/4" by 1/4") and bottom mid-edge (3/8" x 1/8").

Back Cover: Shows small bottom edge tears (1/4" x 1/2"), a minor 1/8" x 1/4" chip out of the lower outside edge, a 1/4" chip at the upper corner, and a faint 1" long by 1/2" deep stain on the mid-outside edge.

Spine: No spine roll. The spine shows standard wear, including a 1/8" spine split through the book at the lower staple, minor tearing over both staples, a 1/2" loose chip hanging just above the top staple, and a 1/2" tear at both the very top and very bottom of the spine.

Interior Pages: 100% complete book. There are 1/4" chips missing from the upper corners of all pages in this comic (there is no affect on any story art or  panels).There is absolutely no writing, no cutouts, and no coupons filled out. Story art remains bright and vibrant with crisp, clear printing. The centerfold is fully secure on both staples (Noted minor 1/4" tears at top and bottom of the lower staple on the back end of the center page). Pages are supple and off-white to tannish in color, entirely consistent with a well-preserved book from 1955.
