This is a Logitech TrackMan Marble Mouse model T-CJ12. This is a working mouse.  See pictures for connector. It is ergonomic and meant to be very comfortable in the hand. The rollerball is smooth and easy to control. The variety of buttons on the mouse allows you to use your entire hand to accomplish your task. This is a highly desirable model to have.
