About the Exhibition:
This collection was put together in partnership with NAEMI (National Art Exhibitions of the Mentally Ill), a Miami-based organization dedicated to discovering, showcasing, and preserving the work of self-taught artists struggling with mental illnesses.

The catalog chronicles raw, intuitive, and highly personal artistic statements that exist completely outside mainstream conventions and standard contemporary art trends.
