Handcrafted from fine pewter by St Justin in Cornwall UK. It features a sleek goose silhouette integrated into highly detailed traditional Celtic woven knotwork. In Celtic tradition the wild goose represents the holy spirit often called An Gadh-Glas unlike a gentle dove the wild goose was chosen by Celtic Christians to symbolize a spirit that is untamable, powerful and unpredictable. This brooch has never been worn and is very hard to fasten. It is the kind of pin you place on a hat or jacket and leave it there because it isn't easy to put the pin into the roll over clasp. For this reason it is being sold AS IS. for a collectable.
