Wallace EPNS "Mill Creek Riding Club" 1928 Dish. This dish has a crushed in base which shows as the face tilted forward.  Areas of stubborn tarnish but in tact plating. 14" wide, the height difference between the two tilted sides is the lower side is 1" and the taller side is 3.5". The Mill Creek Riding Club was based in Youngstown Ohio and this is a charming piece of memorabilia from the time period.
