This is a vintage LeRoy Jewelry Company's Magic Glo 14KP (plumb) solid yellow gold 

14 Diamond ring 

 Set in waterfall/pyramid/eternity double-row pattern on a raised setting

Diamonds are prong set. 

It is in good condition. 

Minor split on one side of setting where shank begins (see pics)
