Shipping Terms

International Buyers – Please Note:

1. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

2. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

3. We strive our best to provide you the most reliable, affordable way of shipping service. But sometimes international delivery is highly depended on the courier company and local customs/duties. If you do not receive your item on time, please send us an eBay message immediately for further assistance. Thank you for your understanding.

When you receive your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied, please send us an eBay message and we will do our best to make you happy. If you still want to return your purchase, simply ship the item(s) back to us and we will refund your original purchase price and the original shipping charge.

Buyers are responsible for the postal cost of returning the items. We must be notified of the intent to return your item within 30 days of receiving the item.

Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received.

How to return
1. Please ask us for the return address.
2. Ship back the package. The RMA# (Return Merchant Authorization Number = Your eBay ID) must be clearly written on the return package, otherwise the package will be refused.
3. Send us the return tracking number.
4. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued.
