I believe this is a phono amp. My brother is the tech and he passed away not long after being diagnosed with terminal bladder cancer so a lot of his projects either didn’t get marked as to what they are or what tubes they take or the stage of build it was in. He went through and tested everything I think he only had to replace 2 wires as everything else was good, this was pulled from an old Magnavox console piece.
