The cardigan is in very good vintage condition the shoulder pads, which looks like they were added in later, have some discoloration to them. I think they should just be removed. It would soften the shoulder line up. The cardigan is cashmere and the skirt is wool. 

I have steamed this to freshen it up however dry cleaning might be advisable depending on preference.

Cardigan bust flat across 20 length 28. It looks like there is one button missing on each cuff for the cardigan.

The skirt has tears in the lining at the back. Skirt waist 14 hip 20 length 22. I think this is meant to go together as the color dye lot Looks like it matches and it also the buttons are matching too.
