Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, refuse the delivery — this is required for a refund. Once you sign and accept, it's no longer eligible. For carrier damage claims, we'll ask for proof the carrier was at fault.

It does not include external bolt-on components such as the alternator, starter motor, turbocharger, intake or exhaust manifolds, wiring, or sensors unless otherwise stated.
