Wunderschöne, große Glasskulptur - zwei Vögel auf einem Ast, Murano, Mitte des Jahrhunderts. Stark gerippter Sockel aus transparentem, farblosem Kristallglas stellt einen Baum bzw. Baumast dar. Beide, gegeneinander auf den Blättern sitzende, Paradiesvögel (grün und blau) sind in sommerso Technik gearbeitet. Die Skulptur wirkt sehr edel und sieht sowohl in der Vitrine als auch auf der offenen Fläche, beispielsweise auf einem Wandregal, außergewöhnlich schön aus. Sie kommt aus einer Privatsammlung und befindet sich in einem sehr guten unbeschädigten Zustand.

A beautiful, large glass sculpture – two birds on a branch, Murano, mid-century. The heavily ribbed base made of transparent, colorless crystal glass depicts a tree or tree branch. Both birds of paradise (green and blue), sitting opposite each other on their leaves, are crafted using the sommerso technique. The sculpture has a very elegant appearance and looks exceptionally beautiful both in a display case and on an open surface, such as a wall shelf. It comes from a private collection and is in very good, undamaged condition.
