Soft shaft usage tips:
1. Soft shaft transmission, as the steel wire core of the soft shaft rotates at high speed inside the soft shaft sleeve, it will rub against the inner wall of the soft shaft at high speed, causing heat. The higher the speed, the more severe the bending of the soft shaft, the more severe the heat will be, and even burn the soft shaft sleeve. It is recommended to: (1) Do not use the soft shaft transmission for a long time to polish the workpiece, and stop and rest for a while every 10-15 minutes of use; (2) Try to minimize the degree of bending of the flexible shaft during use and maintain linear transmission as much as possible; (3) Do not operate under overload to increase the friction and heat generation of the flexible shaft; (4) After using for a period of time, drip some engine oil along the soft shaft for lubrication and heat dissipation.
2. After connecting the flexible shaft and the electric mill body, do not disassemble them frequently unless there are special circumstances.
