This is a great shoulder bag / handbag from Jane Seymour.  It is a beautiful red colored pebbled leather, with 2 short handles and a detachable long strap.  It has a beautiful open heart design on the front, and the back has a zippered compartment that will fit glasses or a cell phone.  The main zipper opens to a very large inside space with one large zippered compartment on one side, and 2 open slip pockets on the other side.  There is also an attached tag with a clip to hold a key. There is a flat bottom with brass studs.  Plenty of room for a tablet or small laptop.
